Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need an appointment?

The simple answer is yes! We want you to have the best possible experience and since we are a small boutique, our dressing rooms do book up frequently. In order to best serve you and make the most of your time, we encourage an appointment for bridal and bridesmaids shopping, alterations, and if possible pick-ups since you may need to try-on your dress.

Do you offer Alterations?

Yes, we partner with a seamstress who solely works on our brides gowns. She is an independent contractor, however, we trust and stand by her work entirely. She sees brides in our Gilbert location Wednesday and Thursdays from 11-6. Please bring shoes and all undergarments necessary to your fitting. Cash or check only please.

Are kids allowed?

Though we have never turned a child away, we do kindly ask that you do not bring children under 8 y.o. to your appointment. This is a very special moment for the bride which requires focus and participation by all in attendance. In addition, we would like to respect the other appointments that may be taking place in the boutique.

How many guests can I bring with me?

We are an intimate boutique with sitting room for up to 5 guests plus the bride. However, we have been know to pack the house as long as you do not mind some guests may be standing the entire 90 minute appointment. In addition, all guests counts must be confirmed 24 hours in advance to properly accommodate all appointments seating arrangements.

Do you offer payment plans?

Wedding Dress orders need to be paid in 50/50 increments. Meaning half is due at time of order and the remainder is due upon dress arrival. Bridesmaid's dresses are to be paid in full at time of order.

How long does it take for my dress to arrive?

Wedding Dresses take anywhere from 4-6 months to make by the designer and bridesmaids take 3-4 months. There are rush options available, which must be approved and fees do apply. In addition, you must allow 2-3 months for necessary alterations once your wedding gown arrives.
